Getting Started
Praeviso is a project risk management workstation for high-density risk workflows. It supports a multi-entity hierarchy (Portfolios → Programmes → Projects → Contracts), qualitative and quantitative risk assessment, Monte Carlo simulations (QCRA), risk profiling with schedule integration, and configurable reports. It is aligned with ISO 31000 frameworks.

Yes, all tiers (Standard, Professional T1, Professional T2, and Enterprise) include a 3-month free trial with full access to all features at your tier's seat count. No credit card required.
Your account switches to read-only mode. Your data is preserved. You can subscribe at any time to restore full access. Use the same email address to keep your existing workspace.
Pricing & Billing
Standard (1 risk manager, 5 viewers, £50/mo or £500/yr), Professional T1 (5 risk managers, 10 viewers, £149/mo or £1,490/yr), Professional T2 (25 risk managers, 50 viewers, £449/mo or £4,490/yr), Enterprise (50 risk managers, on-premise, £16,500/yr). All annual plans save 2 months.
Annual billing saves you 2 months compared to monthly. You can switch between monthly and annual at any time.
Pricing is available in GBP (£), USD ($), and EUR (€). Payment is processed securely via Stripe.
Yes. Contact support@praeviso.app to upgrade or downgrade your tier. Changes take effect at your next billing cycle.
Contact support@praeviso.app. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. Your data remains available in read-only mode after cancellation.
Accounts & Users
Admin has full access: entities, risks, reports, QCRA, profiling, data management, archive, user management, MFA policy, audit log, permanent delete. Risk Manager (User) can create and edit entities, risks, reports, QCRA, profiling, data management, and archive—but cannot manage users or access the audit log. Viewer is read-only: dashboard, risk register, reports, search, folders, help. Viewers cannot create or edit anything.
Each tier has a fixed number of risk manager and viewer seats. If you need more seats, you can upgrade to a higher tier.
Your organisation administrator can invite users from the Organisation Settings page within the Praeviso workstation.
Yes, Praeviso supports "Sign in with Microsoft" for workstation users. Your organisation administrator can enable this and configure which Microsoft email domains or addresses are allowed.
Security & Data
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest. We use per-customer database isolation, so your data is completely separate from other customers.
Yes. Praeviso supports TOTP-based MFA (authenticator apps like Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator) and passkeys (biometric authentication). Organisation administrators can make MFA mandatory for all users.
SaaS customer data is hosted on secure European servers. Enterprise customers can host on-premise within their own infrastructure.
Yes. Praeviso is GDPR compliant. We provide a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) for all customers. Per-customer database isolation makes data subject access requests and data deletion straightforward.
We are aligned with ISO 27001 principles and are working towards formal certification. We are working towards Cyber Essentials certification.
Enterprise
Enterprise is an on-premise deployment. You host Praeviso within your own infrastructure using Docker. This gives you full control over your data, network, and security policies. 50 risk manager seats included.
Enterprise is £16,500 per year, billed annually via invoice. Contact us to discuss your requirements.

Technical
Coming soon. Praeviso will provide a read-only API for connecting to Power BI and other business intelligence tools.
Praeviso is available in five languages: English (default), French, German, Spanish, and Mandarin Chinese. Language is chosen during setup Step 1 (Welcome) and can be changed in Settings → Organisation → General.
Yes. Praeviso supports ISO 31000-aligned risk management workflows including risk identification, analysis, evaluation, treatment, and monitoring.
Praeviso supports Excel (.XLSX, .XLS) and Primavera P6 (.XER) for schedule upload in Risk Profiling. Microsoft Project (.MSP/.MPP) is stubbed—export as .xlsx or .xml instead.
QCRA runs Monte Carlo or Latin Hypercube simulations to calculate the probability distribution of total cost (or schedule) risk. It produces S-curves, percentiles (P50, P80, P90), sensitivity analysis, and supports dependency groups with Iman–Conover correlation for correlated risks.
Yes. Each risk has a collapsible Change History (last 6 months) section on the Risk Detail page. It shows who changed what and when, with field-level diffs and mitigation action changes. Admin and Risk Manager can export the full history to Excel.
Yes. You can save up to 10 report templates per user. Use Save Template and Load Template in the report configuration panel. Templates include sections, date range, entity selection, and branding.
Yes. Praeviso supports OpenID Connect (OIDC) for Enterprise deployments. Users sign in via their organisation's identity provider (e.g. Keycloak, ADFS). For local auth deployments, Microsoft SSO is also available—your admin enables it and configures approved domains or emails.
