    • Create multiple trial accounts to circumvent trial limitations
    • Use disposable or temporary email addresses to create accounts

    3.3 Security Violations

    • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, other users' accounts, or our infrastructure
    • Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service or any associated system without our written consent
    • Interfere with or disrupt the Service, servers, or networks connected to the Service
    • Circumvent, disable, or tamper with any security features of the Service, including authentication, access controls, or licence enforcement
    • Share, distribute, or publish your licence key to unauthorised parties
    • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service

    3.4 Misuse of Resources

    • Use the Service in a manner that places an unreasonable or disproportionate load on our infrastructure
    • Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the Service without our written consent

    • Use the Service to provide a competing risk management service to third parties

    3.5 Objectionable Content

    • Upload, store, or transmit content that is defamatory, obscene, or discriminatory
    • Upload content that infringes the intellectual property rights of any third party
    • Use the Service to store data that is unrelated to project risk management (e.g. using the workstation as general-purpose file storage)

    4. User Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and within your organisation's workstation. This includes:

    • Ensuring that all users added to your organisation comply with this AUP
    • Managing user access and removing users who no longer require access
    • Keeping your login credentials secure and not sharing them with unauthorised individuals
    • Reporting any suspected security breaches or unauthorised access to support@praeviso.app immediately

    • Complying with applicable data protection laws regarding any personal data you process through the Service
    • Maintaining appropriate backups of your critical data (we provide export functionality, but you should not rely solely on our Service for data retention)

    6. API Usage

If you access the Service via the API (e.g. for Power BI integration), you must:

    • Keep your API key confidential and not share it publicly
    • Respect rate limits (currently 100 requests per minute per API key)
    • Use the API for read-only data retrieval for your own legitimate business intelligence purposes only
    • Not use the API to build a competing product or service
    • Revoke and regenerate your API key immediately if you suspect it has been compromised

If you are an Enterprise customer hosting Praeviso on your own infrastructure, you must:

    • Use the software only within the scope of your Enterprise licence
    • Not distribute, sublicence, or make the software available to third parties outside your organisation
    • Apply security updates and patches in a timely manner
    • Comply with all other provisions of this AUP

    8. Enforcement

If we determine that you have violated this AUP, we may take one or more of the following actions:

    • Issue a warning and request that you remedy the violation
    • Temporarily suspend your access to the Service
    • Permanently terminate your account
    • Report the violation to relevant authorities where required by law

Where possible, we will provide notice before taking enforcement action and give you an opportunity to remedy the violation. However, we reserve the right to take immediate action without notice where:

    • The violation poses a security risk to the Service or other users
    • The violation involves illegal activity
    • Immediate action is required to comply with law

    9. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any violation of this AUP, please report it to support@praeviso.app. We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly.

    10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this AUP from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be notified in accordance with our Terms of Service.
